This beginner-friendly session is a social, supportive group experience where you’ll learn the fundamentals of portrait painting using a simple, effective grid method. Working in black and white, you’ll focus on proportion, value, form, and expression - without the overwhelm of colour.
No experience needed, just a willingness to give it a go.

About me
Painting has been my passion since 2011 when I painted a portrait of my Grandfather. After this I decided to pursue art, and now that is what I do.
I am a self-taught abstract realist artist, developing a unique style while drawing inspiration from other great artists. Constantly pushing my work to evolve, my goal is to create paintings that bring warmth and character to any space.
Based in Adelaide, South Australia, my artworks are collected both nationally and internationally, with pieces in homes across Australia, as well as in Switzerland, Singapore, the UK, and the US. My work extends beyond canvas, having painted murals in pubs, youth spaces, homes, and offices.
